Credits are digital goods delivered instantly when you purchase them or when they are added to your account.

Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law and payment provider rules.

If a cutting list or chargeable generation has already been produced using credits, those credits are considered consumed and are not refundable for that action.
